Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Iodine, Manganese, Carbon, Chlorine, Fluorine, Silicon, Sulfur, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus and trace minerals are vital minerals that make up the essential elements of the body. Nature provides these in the forms of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables. A deficiency in any of these minerals can lead to poor health and the onset of disease. I look at minerals as the key to longevity.
Minerals are essential nutrients for every living cell in the human body. Defined in the study of human nutrition as all the inorganic elements or molecules required for life, minerals assist in body functions such as producing energy, growing, and healing. Minerals are required for fluid balance, blood and bone development, maintaining a healthy nervous system, and regulating muscles, including heart muscles. Minerals, like vitamins, function as coenzymes. They participate in all enzyme reactions in the body and help in the assimilation and use of vitamins and other nutrients.
The difference between inorganic minerals and organic is this; inorganic minerals can be thought of as dirt. It does not live, breathe or reproduce. A plant takes the inorganic minerals and converts them to organic minerals. Organic is living breathing and reproducing. Our bodies are made of organic minerals. Our cells are created to assimilate organic minerals, NOT dead minerals produced in a laboratory and labeled our daily essential. This is why my Minerals formula is highly bioavailable and easily assimilated. It needs no digestion and goes directly through the bloodstream to the cells. You can use it through a feeding tube, by absorption on the soles of the feet or orally. A must for the elderly, sick children, infants and all us adults who do not eat properly.
We are born with a rich mineral bank. Unless we have had a diet rich in raw and cooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables our storehouse is about bankrupt by the age of 35.
